Was it really down or was it my imagination? All other sites worked for me

there was a minor network outage in the datacenter this server is hosted in, everything was restored in under 10 min

hmmm nope shouldn't have been more than 10 min my network monitors stopped alerting. It might have taken longer for some of the routes to reconverge but who knows
