"Besides nervousness over lawsuits, the American auto market has also been more cautious in offering features like television or karaoke, which are widely available in other countries."
Who the crap would want karaoke in their car?!? What driver is insane enough to use the karaoke when driving? That is all we need here in America: people doing karaoke in their car...

and that mcdonald's had to go out of business and fire all of their employees, what a great way to run society. Let's see if I can steal a JACKPOT from some company because they produced HOT COFFEE! Let's see it is not FRAPPUCCINO or ICED, so it must be HOT. By default coffee is HOT!!!

That lawyer needs to swim across the English Channel filled with 'hot coffee' or better yet, liquid nitrogen!!!

It also ****es me off to have gun manufacturers being sued because some idiot shot themselves. What will we have next? Suing God because your wife died in a hurricane?

Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own actions or else we need a space rock to take care of our problem for us.

I used to use the mcdonalds example all the time, until I read the specifics.
Search the forums, some good links on it somewhere.
