I need Gemstar Guide Plus!
Well, my computer was sick, and I re-formatted the drive and re-installed XP. Now, I have to re-install everything else as well. After popping in my CD for my ATI All-in-wonder Radeon card (the first radeon). I find that the computer can't read the disc. So my problem is, that while I was able to install ATIs MMC, I am unable to install Gemstar's Guide Plus software that apparently resides only on that disc (i.e. no place to download). So my question is, would anybody be able to zip the quide plus install folder off of their CD (somebody here HAS to have an AIW card) and send it to me? It's SOOOooo much easier to schedule recordings with it.
Thanks,
Fred

WOO HOO! You rock! Thank you so much. Looks to be working great! Now I can record my TV shows again. I've surprised myself by how much I've come to rely on "Tivo"-ing shows, I don't even enjoy watching un-recorded TV now, too many commercials that I find myself trying to fast forward through.
Thanks again!

Here ya go. I'll leave it up for a day. http://pcomaha.com/gemstar.zip
Kinda funny, I have been thinking about recording some shows myself since the DVR gets filled with my wife and son's shows. Damn Blues Clues, Wonder Pets, Elimidate, and Real World etc. LOL I didn't even realize that when I reloaded my PC and used the MMC download from ATI that the Gemstar stuff hadn't been reinstalled until just now.

Hey guys, I have the same problem. I was having problems with my Gemstar program and wanted to reinstall it...but once I uninstalled it, my ATI disc won't read correctly. Can you post the file for another day or two?
Thanks in advance.
