lol
You should check out a video called 'Ghost Rider'.....you'd hate it, but all the boys would probably jizz themselves over it......
I think bike tricks are pretty cool actually....but obviously, in controlled circumstances. There are kids on our street who ride monkey bikes, go-peds and all sorts up and down our street and that ****es me off

I have a 2003 Honda CB750 (Nighthawk with with heated grips, backrest, highway pegs, Corbin saddle) that I commute with 7 months out of the year. I live in Pa. so right now I'm going through withdrawal. Put about 7-8000 miles a year on the bike.

insurance on a sport bike is expensive no matter where you live honnestly. The ONLY way I (we for that matter) are able to own out Ducs is that they are insured under Monte's father. He has a bike as well and has been riding sinec 1957....it routinely puts over 12000 miles on a bike in a year....
if our insurance were under Monte (30 male) my bike would be $1200 a year for full coverage, under his father (59 male) it's $483 a year. I'd hate to think about what it would have been under me...(23 female)
when monte had his bike down here when he was in college he was paying the same a month for insurance as he was for the payment on the bike....that would be a problem for me....lol
78 yamaha xs-750 tripple.
94 Honda interceptor.
Something that helped with my insurace was to give them a correct CC, so for instance a supersport 750 is actually 748CC in desplacemnet which places in the lower insurance group. I did two qoutes through state farm , when I was thinking of getting the duc. It made a little bit of difference. I did the same thing when I bought my yam and it went from 34/mo to 13/mo, granted it was an older bike.

I've got a Honda VTX-1800S. If you're in the military, go with USAA for motorcycle insurance. They base their prices mostly on cc, so I actually pay more for insurance(I'm currently paying $350 for a year for full coverage, $500 deductible) than if I had a CBR-1000RR, which was the other bike I was contemplating on getting.

I have a 1998 Suzuki Bandit 1200, and it's made me almost $500,000. No joke.
I love that bike, it's been great to me.
A few months ago, I started thinking about doing a bikeputer, that's on the back burners for a while, but I have a friend who might be able to hook me up with one of those glareproof super bright LCDs for cheap, and that's the biggest obstacle. Here's the thread from my musing last year:
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/general-mp3car-discussion/27133-fighter-style-mfd-motorcycle.html
Great bike, it's got lots of horsepower but it's comfortable enough to ride long distances. Best of all, when I ride it, I don't look like a monkey mating with a football (like some crotch rockets).

Yeah I'm in the air force, I'v been with state farm for years, but I always hear that USAA is the way to go. Have you had to file a claim with them yet? SF is just like USAA, they were telling me that there are three groups to determine price on a moto, as with a car, there are like 31. CC make the biggest deal. They are really picky about large litter+ bikes, and won't insure some.

I was looking to buy an R6 or F4i two years ago and the cheapest quote for insurance was a little more than $5k for full coverage. Guess I should be glad I haven't had a motor vehicle accident since I got my driver's license.

My first bike was a used '98 CBR600F3 (maroon/black) that I put over 20K miles on in under 6 months. Great bike, just too heavy.
I currently have an '01 CBR600F4i red/black w/ K&N, Two Bros high mount, Power Commander 3, 520 conversion, 14T front sprocket, and Corbin seat. Had it since new (August 01) and plan on keeping it til I either a) die on it, b) have it stolen, c) trade in for a 1000RR. I've so far T-bone'd a car (his fault) and launched it off a cliff (my fault) and it's still running strong. Didn't even jack the frame (although I did jack my right knee ). Damn Tortilla Flats....
Been riding for about 4 years and love it. I just got my 16yr old step daughter the rider's safety course that's required here in CA for riders under 21. She loves riding pillion, but would much rather ride up front where it's fun
I've been heading to track days when I can find the time and money. Best place to experience high speed and zero traffic

According to all the late-night attorney commercials, most motorcycle accidents involve a left-hand turn
