some cds just simply won't play on a computer?

So I have the new Slipknot CD....and I can't get it to play on my home computer!?

it will recognize the CD but I can't get it to play at all?? I can get video...but no music....nd I can't even find the listings for the songs on there....plays in my laptop just fine (iBook) and in the truck just fine....just not on my home computer?

Windows hides tracks from mixed-mode cd's when you look at them in exploder.
But, WMP should be able to pick up the music...

well, the only way I was able to get it to play on my home computer was to put it in and let the auto play come up and select itunes for it then it would play....

but when I tried to use winamp, and tried to select the drive that the cd was in....nothing, same when I did the same thing with iTunes......

strange....

it could be one of those CD's with the special copywrite protection, I have one like that, the 2nd soundtrack the released for the first fast and the furious movie, not only will it not play in my computer but it won't play on my table radio and it won't play on the radio in my current car, would play on the previous one though.
