Fireworks does have a batch process under file.

And so does photoshop under file-automate (has a source folder option)
would have replied sooner but both programs take a while to load on this piece of ****!
EDIT: no resize option in photshop

MR2...well, at one time it was......it's burnt to a crisp now....apparently the 200 amp circuit braker didn't trip in the car like it's designed to....
