Is this the end of one monkey?

Looks like http://dashboardmonkey.com/ is down for some week now. Is this a sign of end of all the "monkey biz" over this forum?

Ok, we are back up again.

It was a billing dispute between us and the hosting provider. They were charging for services we never used. As such they froze the account and we couldnt even get the domain out of them so we could put a holding page up

Anyway, we are now with a new host with a vast number of better features including a nice 100GB bandwidth setting for us too

The new version of the site is up at either the www.dashboardmonkey.co.uk or www.dashboardmonkey.com domain name. The content is starting to come in including a selection of new features on the site with its new design.

So head on over and get your account re-registered on the new version of DBM. And check back soon as the shop will be launched!

Regards,
David

Thats good to hear.

Only problem being that anyone who signed up for an account a month or so ago will need to re signup because of the new system and extra features.

Well worth it though

Thanks again for the kind words. And dont forget to let people know about DBM, perhaps stick a link in your signature or something ?

Yeah speed is slow today as we are doing some load tests on the server. They are intermittent, and we are trying to make sure that the site wont fall over if say, it got slashdotted etc.

On the last host we would often end up with the site killing itself with just a hundred or so users.

So far so good on here though

And glad you got your name scouse monkey!

ehhe, no not yet. we are almost done on that side of things, it should be ready for the weekend

However you can still insert them in your blogs using the WYSIWYG if they are uploaded somewhere else for now.

The permission we changed were for the entire site content. While we were making adjustments just now, someone set it so no one who wasnt logged in could see ANY content. All fixed now though.

I will personally email you once the image galleries are fine tuned and working. The shop should be done in the next few days too.

Cheers
Dave
