Post Case Q's

Ok, I've decided to build a custum case with the dimensions of 8"x8"x13.5" Is there any drawbnacks to using plexiglass? if I could find a small atx psu this thing would be 8" wide x4" tall x 13.5" long. I really need to be able to fit this in a backpack

bgoodman: Does the atx power supply even have to fit in the case? I'm not sure where you're mounting it or what kind of room you got but you could always mount the power supply next to the case.

it would be nice if everything was in the case but you do have a good point. I'll think about that

Taking a PS apart is a pretty good idea actually.

This is a picture of my setup in my trunk under the floor board.

It's not beautiful but it certainly does the job... I just have a atx power supply inside that I plug in to when I work inside.

This way It keeps things pretty flat.

Excuse the wiring mess.. I haven't zip tied anything yet.
