forget about your old LAN. MAN is the new tech.

Check it out. It's called 802.16 or MAN (metropolitan area network)
http://computer.howstuffworks.com/wimax.htm If you thought there were a lot of unprotected 802.11 connections wait till people start using connections with a 30 mile radius.

Yay! A new buzzword! I'll add it to my collection. Excerpt:
  • LAN
  • WAN
  • PAN
  • FAN (funky area network, a.k.a. my closet)
  • the MAN
  • IRAN (ok, so its a country)
I need sleep.
