They actually already do that in New Jersey. I know a few friends who have gotten speeding tickets because they Use EzPass and have gotten from one tool booth to the next extremely fast. I know they do not do exact calculations, because I speed, and have never gotten one. I am sure though if you go extremtly fast, is only when they will give you a ticket...

I think that most states have built in speed traps in the toll plaza's. I know in FL if you speed through one it will mail you a ticket.
