So Cal Newbie HELP!

I know it is a long shot but I was wondering if there is anybody in the So Cal area specifically the 909 area who could help me install a Carputer. I have a decent ammount of knowledge about computers but installing one in my car is something I am terrified to attempt, becuase of all the differnt wiring the goes into installing a carputer I know I would mess something up. Of course I would pay for the help. Please e-mail me if you can find it in the goodness in your heart to help a rookie in need of some teaching. My email adress is MMagnumLV@aol.com
THanks
Kyle

It would help if you posted the type of car you have

As another member suggested, pay a shop like Al&Eds to install it... but it ain't gonna be cheap

I don't think i'd be willing to go out there, but you can always post your questions... I'll try my best to help.

I think his question is more of a request. He's afraid of doing the wiring.

The car is a Dodge Magnum, and ya I really just want to learn how to do all this stuff, so I am trying not to have a store like Al & Eds do it. I would be willing to travel for the help thats not a big deal.

Anyways, have you started with the fabrication work? How big is your glovebox? What kind of computer are you expecting to build?
