Question MP3 Car Meeting in Vancouver BC?

Just wondering if anyone in the Vancouver, or Seattle area would be up for a meeting of MP3 Car owners. We can show our setups, learn some tips, maybe trade or sell parts, etc... Anybody interested in this?

Also, does Derrick (from your site) live in Van as well? I wouldn't mind seeing his system while we're at it.

Yeah, my buddy Derrick is also from here. But he is out of town right now until Aug on work. So maybe we could plan one for the end of Aug or Beginning of Sept? Let's get something together. I've also been approached by a couple of Vancouver known "Used Computer Outlets" to build car mp3 players for them. I'm not too interested, but maybe they could sponsor our meetings or something, with cheap used parts (small cases etc...)?

I'd be in for that. As long as I haven't sold my car by then.

There are a couple other Vancouver car mp3ers on this board too.

Well, guys, how about we plan for either Friday, August 31st, or Saturday, September 1st? No idea what'll be playing then... just keep an eye on The Hillcrest Drive-In Website for details

Because that is the long weekend, Friday would be best for me. I would probably be going camping or to the PNE on the Sat.
