Ipod my beetle

I am buying a 2005 Beetle TDI and it states there is a MP3 line in which I hope to use with my Ipod. I had an RCA hardwired into the dash of my old Beetle "01" and loved the convenience. Can anyone tell me if this is doable with this vehicle. And what is all this talk about using Mac Minis. Are you using them as a HD.
thanks

check the mac forum and the show off your ride forum.
I cant answer your first question, as Im not sure what you want to know is doable; I can tell you that almost anything related to what your thinking is "doable."
for other Bug installs as well

GOOD LUCK!

oh so funny

It's too bad when someone asks a simple question there always has to be smartasses waiting in the wings to abuse their online priviledges. Maybe you should try and get a job with that attitude and then your cars would not sit in their mommies and daddies driveways a third of the way completed.

I didn't really think the answeres were all that smart-assed ...

I mean you asked about hooking up an iPod to your car in a CarPC forum. The only similarities these two things have in common are they both play music (although that's ALL an iPod does) and both involve a car.

Not to mention just adding an iPod is viewed on this forum as a cheap way out for people who are lazy.

What kind of response did you expect?

By the way ... I paid for my car and everything in it. and it's in my own driveway.

not to mention this is the second time the question has been asked, and in the first thread he already got an answer

Why don't you use a laptop instead of the iPod?

I dont think I, or anyone else (except for maybee you) made a Smart *** comment, It was an unedcuacted question, which you know as well as I do that such a question leaves one open for embarassment in these forums.

If you want Everyone to grow up, Grow up yourself first and answer the question
And as far as the job goes, been there, done that. and my rides? I paid for them (all THREE of them ), and they sit in a driveway that I own.
