I'm looking for a good cd based portable mp3 player. My friend has a Phillips that sounds GREAT. I was doing some searching and found alot of these does any one any thing good or bad about them?

I like the fact it support ID3 Tags for play and search. Let me know what you think. I think it retails for $99.00 if you can find it.

Can anyone suggest a portable mp3 player to me in the 100 to 200 dollar range. My biggest requirement is well constructed and ID3 support.

I'm currently looking at the Memorex however product specs do not mean as much to me as user opinions.
