I have tried two different DIMM chips, by themselves and together. And I tried them in different slots. I pulled the RAM from my car computer, so I know they work.
I tested the "fuses" for the keyboard on the other motherboard, and they seem fine (closed circuit). I have to put this project on hold till I can afford another Slot 1 motherboard I guess. Thanks for all the help.

i used a board like that for my cellie 500 once... too me like 12 hrs to get it to post (NEW MB!!) those thingies suck.. the problem i found was with the dimm sockets...
if i put it in and it works , i'd pull it out and stick it back , it wouldn't post,no way , no how! (and linux install locks up.(graphical install , prompt install works..)
just scrap the board.

Disable the onboard video and try a PCI or ISA video card. Does it work now?
PC Chips motherboards suck, so don't be surprised if the onboard video is bad, or the motherboard just doesn't work.
Oh, have you tried pressing the reset button a few times? Your power supply may not be producing a proper power good signal...PC Chips motherboards seem picky about that.

There is no jumper for disabling the onboard video (belive me I went through the jumpers 100 times at least). I tried two PCI video cards and still nothing. I'm sure it is just a bad motherboard or video. Reset doesn't work either.
