Carputer - 2002 Chevy Trailbalzer

Hello, I am a noob at this forum and its my first post. I am looking to installing a carputer in my chevy trailbalzer. It has the factory bose speakers and HU. I want to build it from scratch with a nice small case. Its main purpose is for navigation, and playing mp3's and divx movies. Anyone have experience installing a carputer in a trailblazer?

Alot of reading there, I am most concerned with the Onstar and other functions that tie into the radio becoming a problem

The only way you can find out if the onstar mod works for you is to crack open the unit and look at the chip. you might also want to check the fabrication forum since theres a guy who make GM mounts for LCD screens
