just bought an 06 scion tc. planning puter.

ok, so i got a ton to spend on the computer. i need some help picking out components.

LCD: i need a 7" touchscreen that will fit in the tc double din slot, and still allow u to keep the little door that covers it.
Power: i want a dc-dc power source so it doesnt turn off during cranking. will buying an opus accomplish this?

basically i was thinking about just getting the most expensive computer off the mp3car store, minus some things i dont need and go from there. what do u guys think? please help me out. and dont tell me to search. i've looked.
