2005 G35 Coupe Aftermarket Nav System

Hello everyone,
Just purchased 2005 G35 Coupe w/o navigation system. I was really amped to see the system digitalwheelz had but was bummed it isn't compatible with the 2005 interior. I contacted the guys and they said other projects are hotter and the '05 version isn't a priority right now, great! Does anyone know if the current one can easily be modified to fit or if there's another aftermarket vendor that offers nav-systems that fit in the storage compartment for this car. Thanks in advance!!!!

The first picture is the digitalwheelz aftermarket screen that's sold here on mp3car, but that's no longer compatible for the '05 coupe. Here is a pic of the '05 interior. I want to somehow duplicate the digitalwheelz system to where it retracts back into the compartment if possible. I guess I may have not been clear enough in my first post but I'm more concerned with a clean integrated mounting of the display not the actual nav system. Thanks in advance!!!!.

I run digitalwheelz. Sorry that the 05 is taking so long. The changes to 05 made the cubby hole that the screen replaces into a much more structural member of the car and greatly complicated the design. I have finally been able to make some progress on the 05 screen housing this week and now have a prototype car coming in September to finish the design off. I won't be able to give any firm release dates until after September, but things are now on track and it will definitly be available sometime within the next 3 - 6 months.

THANKS A TON MAN!!! I'm an Industrial Designer by trade and I really dig how well you guys came up with that design. Looking forward to ordering that from you guys when it's finished. Thanks again for responding and keep up the great work over there.

Is this specific to the 05 G35 coupe only or you dont have a design to fit for G35 05 sedan also?
