Lexus has some models under $7k from around 95.
BMW has a few that are under 10k (the 528i comes to mind).

Just buy a good reliable car (read: Not a Lexus! ) and add a PC. If you narrow it down to cars that you think will be better for a PC you will be limiting your options when in reality you can add one of these systems to any car you have.

Just as long as it has a double DIN, to make you job easier when moulding the screen in...that is if that's what you were planning...
Don't listen to Boris, he's a Lexus freak...

This is true... I don't really want to narrow my field that much... But I'm a firefighter that needs a good vehicle that wont fall apart... again haha and I've been looking at the jeep liberty but the interior of those seem to be difficult to cut since the air vents come out of the center and im not sure how easy a 7in screen would fit in the middle

It would help if you specified what you were looking for. Off road? RWD? AWD? FWD? Gas guzzler? American POS? German? Japanese?

I guess it would help if I knew what I wanted... HAHA I'm trying to figure out pros and cons of SUV vs. Sedan type. I'm looking into all types at the moment just something that gets good acceleration and doesnt cost me my paycheck to fill up lol so nothing above 6cil and something I dont have to pay 400 bucks for a special wrench to take the dash off LOL

Are you going to be doing a lot of towing/hauling? Need 4 doors?
I wouldn't get an american car... reliability sucks.

I agree on the american car deal but on the other hand parts are easy to come by for them... since i guess you need alot of them. 4 doors is a must and not really gonna tow much if anything.

You could get a Passat or a Jetta ( same thing anyway... ). BND has one, and if I remember corectly he didn't pay that much for it. Being a german car, you shouldn't be worried about reliability.

Statement corrected.
Some recommendations:
ES300.... its based on the camry, relatively cheap, and not expensive to maintain.
