M10000 mainboard manual says usb 2 but non showing

hi all

i have a mini-itx and the manuel says it has usb2 but tried to install a dvb usb 2 tv tuner and system say no usb 2 port avaliable.

can anyone help (bought system complete and running) so not a clue on setting up

You have to update the drivers after you install the windows service pack to enable usb2

I thought I also read that the USB 2 was on the header USB ports, not necessarily on the back ports. I could be wrong about that, though.

I got USB 2 in both front panel (header ports) and back ports in my MII 12K.

I doubt that would be the case since it would require 2 seperate controllers.
