Get a nice Black Hummer with Lightning Graphics
Make a Crack in the paint to show Computer circuitry inside.

We also need to purchase the car from some place. Preferrably on the west coast. So if anyone knows any good hummer dealers that could hook us up, let us know.

I would go Black with some kind of code all over it with an image of a tesla coil or jacobs ladder integrated in. Go for that Mad scientist computer look.

This sounds really nice! Hasn't it been done before?
In terms of design I'd say loose those mirros and get some pinhole cameras in there. Also lose that taky antena and those roose trnuk supports.
Another ideea that came in mind is to make the ac controlled from the pc.

Go through cars.com and have it contact all dealers within a wide area then just pick who gives the best price
If you can find a used one I would highly advise that; new cars are a complete ripoff

call up a dealer ship and talk to the fleet manager
can usually get it under invoice that way and dont have to deal with sales people
