Portable audio/video for $220

I just saw this article, and it seems like a great way to add audio and video to your car with just needing this new device, a screen, and an aux. in.

Obviously for half of the people here, this would not do very much, but for those who are just looking to add MP3 and video, it may fit the bill. Could be a good matchup for one of those higher end recievers with the built in screens too.
