Does anyone know when mp3car will be getting more of the wrx bolt in kits in? I called them and they don't seem to know. Also maybe another place I can order it?

Thanks guys now with the liliput do I have to actually remove that screen from its original case to fit that bezel or does it just screw right into that bezel to fit into my sti?

Edit nevermind found the directions for installation.

You have the remove the LCD from the original casing. Nothing too difficult just make sure all the ribbon cables are securely connected. Should take 5 min to take apart.

Also once I do all this the bezel will just bolt right in with no modification into my 06 sti?

Wouldn't these just fit into any car with a double din slot that had the room?

I would think so, but I don't know.
My plans are for a flip-out screen, but this has certainly piqued my curiosity several times.

judging by the pictures, it would seem like you could put it anywhere. the wrx's stock radio has 3 screws on each side holding it in, but looking at the pictures, i don't see any mounting points for it which is odd becuase they would seem ideal.

i utilized these points for my custom case...

It can fit in various cars with double din openings. On some cars the double din opening may be slightly bigger and may require som ecustomizing to fill the gaps. There are no mounting tabs on the TMZ bezel b/c you need to take the brackets off the sides of the factory radio and transfer them to the TMZ bezel. This will allow you to mount the TMZ bezel cage like a stock WRX radio.

It is standard double-din size. If your car has a double-din dash opening, then it will fit as long as somebody makes a dash kit for your specific vehicle. I would think that every vehicle should have the kit to make it fit.
