PC & Amp in a TrailBlazer

OK...wanna know what you guys think.
Having the amp and the pc so close to each other, would you think I may run into heat issues?
PC specs: P4 1.8; 512 PC3200 (1 stick); Laptop HD 40G; Opus 150

Heat will be a big issue in that small confined space. I had 2 amps go out when i had them mounted in the same location in my 05 Envoy. No Ventilation what so ever...

Its definately going to get hot, especially in florida. put a couple of fans in there and it'll be all good.
just cut a piece of plywood, cut some holes for fans, and carpet it. Plexi if you're sexy like meh

I saw your pic on trailvoy site...(same screen name)...I was going to add fan, but my concern is heat transfer between the amp the board.

as long as you have enough airflow in there, you'll be fine. with 3 fans in there, my amps don't get hot at all. if you're really worried about it you can put a divider in there and separate the airspace, have a fan and vent for each side.
