maybe an TV/FM card or a usb to PCI one. not sure yet. Just to make sure i'm planning right.
What about the RAM, does it have to be the ultra low profile??? or can i use the normal ones. Ultra low will cost me $150 for 512, the others will cost only $50.
How many 2.5" HD can i fit? I searched by I'm getting mixed replies, some say 1 & others say 2. besides, i see that some people have problem fitting the 2.5 IDE drive adaptor in the case. will the one that mp3car sells, fit with no problems??

Pluses:
  • will accept any size RAM, no "low-profile" requirements
  • nice wiring harnesses to connect to the M1-ATX and then a harness to connect to your vehicle
  • nice mounting brackets.
  • Small size
  • Looks better then any other case

Negatives:
  • single fan in the back has a short power wire, not able to reach to connect to the MII12000 board I was using
  • Blue paint color mismatch between case and metal bracket
  • Screwing in those black screws into the aluminum case can be hard, it takes effort to keep the screws going in straight.
  • No room for PCI slots
  • No room for slot load optical drive
  • Pretty much have to use M1-ATX power supply so that means no motherboards with a P4 connector.

-Regular ddr size.
-Two 2.5" HD
-Yes there have been reports from people about the IDE adapter (but they MOD it to make it work)

THanatos.

yes ramy. i recently built this case with the mii12000 and i had a slight problem with the 2.5 hd adapter i had. your best bet is to use the one like digitalww.com has. anything too big or in the way will cause the case not to close due to the fan. i highly doubt a pci card will go in. just get usb tv tuner with fm. yes regular memory will fit fine. 50 bucks for 512mb is what i payed. im not so sure where the 2nd hdd will go. but why dont you just get a nice 100 gig lappy drive from pricewatch and stick that in there. way more than enough storage.

i have an opposite facing riser card that might work for you in the ampie case. It worked with my via 800 in an amp case i gutted. PM me if youre interested. Basically it puts the pci device over the motherboard instead of away from the motherboard.

Does that one use an 80 conductor ribbon?

I bought one like it but it was the speed-limiting 40 wire version.
