If you've ever been to a NASCAR race, you know the carnival-like atmosphere. There's no spin & puke rides, but there's lots to see and do. There were lots of racing simulators. The common setup is NASCAR Racing Season 2003 (RIP Papyrus!) on a chair that moves with the turns in a reasonably realistic way. That game is the same one that NASCAR drivers use for practice and/or fun.
This one had to take the cake. There were two PCs under the hood of a mockup of Greg Biffle's #16 Charter Financial car, with two 15" LCDs in place of the dash where two people could race side-by-side.

It looks like fun. No, I didn't take my turn. I served up some skillz on the other sims on the midway.

I'm not the best, but good enough to put the average drunk redneck with a loud mouth to shame.
Here's the goods under the hood:

Pardon the crappy photos. I lsot my digital camera at the track on Friday and had to take these with my Treo's camera.
Now for all you whiners that ***** about a 7" lilliput being too small, you can go this route:

That's a 42" plasma mounted on the trunk lid to watch the action from the sim racers inside.
I'm sure it will help with rear downforce, as well!!!
Now THAT'S what I call a carPC... OK... TWO carPCs!!!!
