Can I use a Remote Turn On from Head UNit to power Motherboard?

can i use a remote turn on with a relay from my head unit to power a computer given it is 12v+ (so it will turn on at the same time as radio) or should i simply just get the opus 150w

Get the Opus 150w.
For one, the 12v isn't regulated. The unregulated power can and will fry your motherboard.
For two, the motherboard requires more than just 12v to operate. the motherboard is fed 12v, 5v and 3.3v from the PSU to operate properly.
For three, it's likely that the remote turn-on wire is only a pulse that's used by other devices (an amplifier for example) to initiate turn-on.

While the double-post is frowned upon, I'd not be so hasty to accuse.
I've seen the forums having some issues that have resulted in a double-post from me as a result.

Remote turn-on from the headunit (either ACC or the actual Remote turn-on lead from an aftermarket radio) is constant 12+v while the unit is active.

But it also has a very low limit on current. Most headunits can only facilitate a 200 - 500 ma draw so becareful on your choice of relay.
