My carpc specs. Are they alright??

512 MB DDR RAM
40 GB HDD

Powering specs
---------------
300w power inverter
Manual start (no sdc for now)
Any recommendations??u guys think this is a good enough pc?
I would certainly like to see if any of u guys know the power consumption of the pc components as i have no idea.ive checked in carpcstore website and they arent listed.
