phones Motorola MPx200
I like the Motorola MPx200... looks cool, sleek, and awesome. I found it for $100 ebay, but I want it to have a camera. Anyone know a simular phone that at least has mp3 (with xd or w/e card) and camera.... I wish the Motorola MPx200 had a camera!!! boooo

I think you can get an SD-Card camera for it.
Ask around on:

I'll sell you an unlocked mpx220 (has a nice camera, newer OS than the mpx200, more sotrage, way better overall, but basically same idea, just an upgraded model) for only $160 + shipping. Only problem: phone doesnt directly charge, so I have an additional battery and battery charger, and I just swap the batterys every 2-3 days. Those would be included of course, and other misc stuff (leather case, yadda yadda).
Otherwise if you like the mpx200 but want it with a camera just get an mpx220.

Hmmm... I have the mpx220... bought it about a year ago and charge it via the travel charger (included) or through USB. I wonder if his particular phone will at least stay powered off of USB or the charger...
Just to warn you, you'll be very disappointed with the pictures the mpx220 takes. I have the newest firmware and unless the conditions are perfect (bright lighting and no movement) the pics are worthless. The cool part is that it takes MiniSD cards and my Minolta DiMAGE X50 takes SD cards. I just use the little mini to regular SD adapter and can swap pictures and videos I take on the camera to the phone.
Also, I have the unlimited internet plan and since the mpx220 is basically a Windows Mobile PDA you can view any web site as if it were on your desktop... and if you really want to have fun, you can download ORB (orb.com) to your MediaPC at home and stream videos and live TV to your phone for free!!!
Also, if you have a bluetooth GPS you can load MS Pocket Streets to the mpx220 and use your phone to help navigate! (very helpful last time I went to Denver)
... and since you have a CarPC, you can connect over bluetooth to your phone to do the regular bluetooth stuff, but you can also connect through to the internet and have complete wireless access wherever you are. I took a trip to Kentuck about 6months ago and had my girlfriend bidding on Ebay auctions for me the whole way. Pretty cool!

V1.43 firmware is horrible. Put the japanese firmware on their. Camera works MUCH better. I think it's v3.45 or something like that. Check modaco, and hofo for more info. I used to have that phone. I traded DJx for a Razr.
Peace,
Rafster

Yup, v1.43 is what I have. I read about the Japanese firmware upgrade, but was scared I might mess up the language settings.
I didn't realize it could help the camera that much. I'll probably look into it more this weekend.
Thanks

I have the 3 firmwares on my computer if you want.
V1.43 Cingular
V1.47 European
V3.45 Japanese (I have a guide to fix the language issue, really easy to do)
Let me know by IM if you want either of them.
The jap version also has some more BT options!
Peace,
Rafster
