There are a few different types of connections SMA is used by some wireless cards and routers. Others use MC style connections. So it really depends. If you had a wireless card in mind this might be a good bit easier.
Most commercial desktop wireless equipment uses RP-SMA jacks. RP = Reverse Polarity. But I can't guarantee anything on that specific card. If you all ready have the card, you can inspect the jack and compare with specs online. Google the connectors you see available for the antenna.
under special order connectors choose the Reverse Polarity SMA or also known as RSMA its like ten dollars more. i got mine hoked up to a linksys pci card works like a charm
