I did the same thing that you did. I ordered on Friday and checked today to see that my order is on "backorder". I didn't expect anyone to be taking my order or to act on my order on a Friday afternoon. So when I just checked and saw it was handled today, that was no suprise.

I just sent an email about the "backorder" and I'm sure I'll hear something back soon. Just relax and be a little patient.

I ordered my touchscreen from the store and I was very impressed with the timely manor it was delivered as well as the 'unique' postage system used. :P

He ordered the G35 monitor for the 2003/2004 model years. His order came in on late Friday afternoon and we're closed on the weekend and it takes us a day to assemble and test so it will ship tomorrow.

If anyone has problems with the store contact the store directly - the users on the forums won't have any information about the details your order.

Yea OP.. All you have to do is email the store. MP3Car and Ziplock provide some of the best customer service I've ever had.

sorry for missunderstanding, everything is taken care off. but in future add some notes to order like "Backordered" = "would take 48 hours etc.."

but thanks again for fast reply, everything is exellent my order will be shipped out in morning.

Just an update to this thread. The item that I ordered just arrived by UPS. I just plugged it in (GPS) and it works great. Thanks mp3car.com store. Satisfied again.
