Does software like this exist (Continous loop video recording)

I'm about to put a USB webcam on my dash. I was originally thinking of using it for recording trackdays and the like, but I have a better idea.

Is there a piece of software that can record from the cam constantly, but only keep the last, lets say, 15 minutes of footage on your hard drive, then at the touch of of a button dump that 15 minutes to somewhere else.

This would be very useful in daily driving, for example if you get into an accident you would have video evidence to back up your story (particularly useful if people are trying the scam where they pull in front of you, slam on the brakes then say you drove straight into the back of them and now they have whiplash). It would also be useful for recording particularly silly driving videos and posting them on the internet for other people to laugh at

So does anyone make such a piece of software?
