You might have better luck if you had some pictures of the actual connectors, the diagrams alone don't give a very good idea of the dimensions to anyone who's not intimately familiar with the specific acura connectors.
The second two look quite proprietary by those diagrams, but the first two look like they could possibly be (or be similar to) one of the types of standard rectangular connectors.

Don't know how much luck you have, especially the last two. Another option is to hit some junkyards and yank em out of wrecks.

junkyard or whole harness from the dealer.... either that or you COULD make them work without the actual connectors, you'll either need to get terminals & insulate them or solder direct & come out with your own connector... depends on the situation really...

I now the main harness for my car (which has half the ends you'd want) is around $1,100

That's tough. Normally, they don't even bother selling the harnesses on ebay, too much pain taking them out so they cut em up.
Look on ebay for someone parting out the car you're interested in, then ask them to see if they have what you want. I've gotten some things that way.

May want to try these guys. Their online catalog is unavailable, but they carry a vast array of automotive connectors.

Any luck on these? I am also looking for a navi connector set. They must be out there since Dom gets them to make his PnP connectors for the video module.

Ya, I sent him an email over at the acurazine forums. I think I remember reading that he has them made so it may be expensive. We'll see. If I do end up finding a source for them, I will post here the info.

I am in the same boat for my Lexus. I have something jury rigged up with pins and hacked up firewire connectors, but I don't like that it's not clean. I noticed that an ebay seller was selling the video on nav units that had a harness. He said he would sell the harness for $100. I know he sells Acura harnesses, so maybe that might be the easiest option for now.
