Question carputer blackscreen after some time on XP

Hi just wondering what could be going on with my carputer, I got it on my trunk in a diagonal position, mounted over some foam rubber so it doesn't bounce.
Now after I installed it everything went fine no problems I've been using it for some time, I'm using it with a modified sine wave voltage converter. Now after some time I'm getting a black screen on XP randomly not often but anything in the background keeps playing, XP it's not hanged up. yeh I tried CTRL+ALT+DEL to see if task manager pops up. screen it's black.
Now can this be caused by overheating on my videocard ? I don't really think so.
This I'm not quite sure, happened after I installed an usb 2.0 pci card and I also added a TV tuner PCI card, but I find it weird this to be related to some IRQ handling problems.
So I left it to you guys , any suggestions advises questions are welcomed.

P.D : can some bouncing maybe knocking, screw the vidcard? I mean normal car movement.
