No i havent flashed the bios at all! I totally think it is just a heat issue cuz this never happened before!

I've been having this problem too. Indirectly heat-related.

My pc is under the seat, and has been showing case temps of 90+ and CPU of 125+, all the way into the 140s when I first start the car. But once the AC is on it cools down.

I thought it was the 100+ degree weather causing me to reboot every time I came to a stoplight, but it turns out that, having the AC on high, when I come to a stop my other radiator fan kicks on, and it's dropping my voltage down long enough to cause a reboot.

It is possible to drop the air temp quickly... but solids generally take longer even with good heatsink/fan combos.

I would think a couple of seconds with AC on would not change the temp of the hardware (unless the vent is blowing directly into the case)
