What now!?

So... I know everyone here has had this experience at some point, I thought it'd be fun to see.... once you plug in the last wire, you got everything hooked up, you can listen to music, gps is good, no crashes, no ground loops... What do you do to celebrate? What then? What do you do to keep from going insane over all the dash screws you've lost, or even just putting it all back together and wondering if it's going to be okay back there?

Hmm... I take pictures and call it a day. I'll usually drive around for a couple of hours, just to get a feel for it. Grab a soda. Can't wait till I'm done with this one...

Drive around town creating routes to the store and back, listen to the voice tell you which way you need to turn, flip over to the music and listen to some tunes...look at the car next to you and say to yourself..."yeah, he has a nice car, but...does he have a Carputer..."

Watch victory porn what else????

lol.. actually, Once that happens, its time to start tweaking it to optimize the system for being actually in the car. then its time to look to see what upgraded stuff is releasing a day after you put all your stuff in... its a viscous endless cycle.

I'm kinda blah about the idea of having to futz with every album i own to show cover art and the right song info in front row. I'd almost rather still have something to hook up. I do enjoy the instant tunes at my fingertips.
