Frusterated Like no Other

Ok so I have been working on this car pc for about 3 weeks now. Everything is wired right but i get no response. I've tested everything w/ my voltometer : Normal. But when You start up car...nothing.

MX-2 PSU

I have 2 motherboards(only using one of them)
Epia M10000 and a Gigabyte GA7VRXP

I dotn know what to do. Is there anyone near cleveland area that can help me? Im So confused. I appreciate all the help.

Need to be a lot more specific. So many things could be wrong. Just to throw one out there, try swapping the mobo and see if that is the problem.

I assume you have checked to makesure your carputer works in general right, tested inside your home? And I also assume you have tested the voltages to your power supply right?

Then power supply is broken?
