I bought my LCD panel from them. Super fast shipping for me and product new and as described. I recommend them. I have heard some people comment on slow communication through email though.

I have purchased several items from DigitalWW. Armen has been extremely helpful in searching out the parts that I needed. He usually responds to an e-mail within 24 hours, sooner if possible. He normally ships by US Postal Service with no shipping charges. I recommend DigitalWW without reservation.

Well i ordered the DSATX and serial adapter a couple days ago. Armen said it will be shipped out Nov 1st. SO i got a fedex tracking # and said estimated delivery was nov 2 I was like wow thats quick. Anyway i was home all day yesterday and fedex was outside but never came to my house...I was like hmm that weird. So i checked back a little later the fedex site and the estimated ship date was removed from the site. So today I called Fedex and they said that the shipper never sent it out, he just printed a label. I know some people have had a couple problems with Armen...What should i do? Just wait to see if he ships it out?

You will be alright. Armen is cool like that. I have not had any problems with him. I bought gears and had my unit repaired with no issues. You probably recieve it next week.

So today I called Fedex and they said that the shipper never sent it out, he just printed a label.

In the fine print of those notices FedEx/UPS/etc send out, you'll usually see something to the effect that those tracking numbers don't mean the shipper has actually got the package to ship. Its fairly common, in my experience, to get the numbers, but the package isn't actually shipped until later. If you check the shipment tracking details on the shipper website, you'll find that out.

I suspect its a "process" thing. The seller gets an order and fills out the information and makes the shipping label right away and then starts assembling the order for shipment to eliminate a separate paperwork step at the end.

Armen is a good guy. He always helps people out and gives them what they want. Just wait a little bit, and you'll get it.
