DigitalWW - Armen
Does anybody know if he is on leave or something? I have dealt with him in the past and he seems like a very nice, straight forward guy. I last heard from him a couple of weeks ago on a project that I have seeked his help on. However, I havne't heard from him for a few weeks now.....
Does anybody know his whereabout? Is DigitalWW still shipping products?

While it doesn't fall to me to judge how people run their business he has had my defected monitor in for repair for WELL over two weeks now I have yet to get a single response from him as to eta and he has failed to respond to PM's, Voice mail and Email, I am starting to wonder if he took the loot and scooted for greener pastures. The defective monitor was shipped out on 11-03-06 and sent 3 day select I haven't gotten any response from Armen since 10-29-06 I think I have been more then patent to go this long with wires hanging out of my dash and no music. And now I get to look forward to a nice 2000 Mile trip over thanks given weekend to AZ to see my family with no gps, no XM and no Music because Armen decided to take a month off and not tell anyone or make arrangements to have someone handle his affairs while he is absent. Needless to say IF I get my monitor repaired I will be the last item I purchase from Digitalww.com.

Oh my g-d, he has your screen for OVER 2 weeks for a repair? Wow, seems way too long 
If the time was of a concern, then you should have spoken with him BEFORE you sent the screen. Found out his turn around time. Found out when you would have your screen back, and if it would be in time for your trip.
While I empathize in your situation, you have a responsibility as well.
Sometimes things just take time.
As for the lack of response to your e-mail, well, that is a well known "issue" with Armen. Par for the course. You should have known that before as well.
And, no one on here thinks that Armen made off with your screen. He has been here way to long, and we have seen this way too many times, to know that is not the case.

HE must be back now got my first responce from him since 10-29-06 about 10 mins ago, and I did check with him first he made no mention he was going to be away for almost a month.
