Help Judge My Setup!

So I've gone back and forth from headunit to no headunit, amp to no amp, this to that, etc, etc.

I think I finally finalized a solution...
  • Modded X-Box with XBox Media Center (To play MP3's/DVD's/Games/Etc) - Mimic-ing a PC without the hassle of PSU's and other random hassles.
  • Keyboard for X-Box
  • Cheap 10" Non-touch Screen LCD (Unless anybody has any XBOX touchscreen driver info?)
  • Power Inverter with Relay Switch
  • Unknown Amplifer - No head unit
What I really need to know now, is what kind of amp I'm gonna need to run the xbox on 4 speakers, with the Magnum Bass Amp with subs, with it. 4 Channel? I'm really not sure. Any advice would be great...

a few problems I see:

1. how will you control the volume of your system? xbox remote? is it convenient?
2. you'd need at least 5 channels if you want to power 4 speakers and 1 sub, you might run into some noise issues due to low voltage output of the xbox audio output.
3. need to make the relay for the remote turn on for the amp/s as well.
