Can anyone tell me please? I have sent several e-mails to them via their website and even sent an e-mail to digitalww himself on this very website with no such replies. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I just found his e-mail and sent him my inquiries. I was inquiring on the DWW-6500 and when he expects it to be back in stock. Thank you very much for your quick reply 2k1Toaster!

I'll throw my hat into the ring. Armen went above and beyond for me. GREAT seller. Even though he took a while on one or two things, he DIDN'T forget, and FOLLOWED THROUGH. I'm a very happy customer.

I would also like to state my appreciation for the man. I recently ordered an item and it was out of stock when my order was processed and was paid for. Instead of waiting for however long it would take him to obtain more of the part, I decided to look elsewhere. I asked for a refund, and it was immedietly put back on my card. Great seller, very appreciative.
