BiGGy has a nice plexiglass in dash case in his Magna. Have search for his Worklog and finished project. From memory the company that cut his plexiglass to size for him glued it together for him as well

that pic you posted looks like a total Home Depot fab job. Looks good and strong but totally something you could do yourself. They sell the aluminum l brackets, plexi, everything posted in that pic. You should try making one yourself, you could possibly save yourself a lot of money and make one that is exact to your specs.
All of the smaller plexi cases I have seen are homemade. In my own experience of making a homemade case, it really isn't that difficult or expensive. (and its kinda fun)
