Mastiff

I bought one of these for a neighbour's bus, but we can't get it to tune to any PAL channels. In the manual there's a list of NTSC, PAL and japanese (special NTSC system) channels and where they should be, which should probably mean that it works with PAL. It does autosearches, but says "NTSC No Signal" all the time. It does see something where the Norwegian channels should be since it saves those channels, but it refuses to show anything on the LCD monitor.

I tried to call Audiobahn, but the only guy who knew about those things was away on vacation now (ain't that typical?). So does anybody know what to do with the thing to tune it to PAL? Perhaps a hidden menu item or even an internal dipswitch?
