iguidence guidence please

Hey guys, I just got a new carputer after my laptop that I was using bit the dust. Everything works great except for iGuidence. It appears that it works fine until I put a destination in. Then about 10 minutes into navigating me to the destination the buttons go fuzzy and a window pops up saying that a recource that it needs could not be found or something like that. What do you think the problem is? I have a feeling its low ram or something like that. Any thoughts?

I wonder if some file is missing? Was it installed from the original DVD?

how much system memory do you have, and what kind of video card (built in?) and how much memory does it have?

I think ram and swap space too. Might as well turn up the swap.
