igps-500 boot problem

I searched the forums and didn't see anything so I'll try a new thread.

I have had the pharos igps-500 for about a year now and it has worked great with copilot. I bought a new car and took me about a month to get the system running in the new car. Well now when I boot up and the receiver is plugged in I stall on POST. Cant get to bios or anything. Unplug it and I can boot fine, and if I wait for windows to load I can plug it in and it loads and works fine.

I check the bios and the option to boot on usb device to disabled, which has been a problem with other computer/peripherals.

Any ideas that I am over looking? Thanks in advance for any help.
