Aerial view? (MapPoint)

Hey I saw that StreetDeck had the virtual earth linked up to give an aerial view with MapPoint. Is there any way to get it without using MapPoint? I'm planning to use CentraFuse, since I prefer the interface.

I do believe that is coded into StreetDeck, specifically.
Couple that with the fact that it's all Micro$haft software, I think you'd have a hard time creating something similar with another GPS package.

I am messing around with global mapper. It allows you to create maps with almost anything. I got my ariel view from the USGS, streets from tiger, topo also from USGS. It is not cheap and the DOQQs take massive space. I am about a third of the way through FL and am well on my way to 20 gig of maps already. The USGS has most images in 1M format and in color and B&W. As soon as I get it in the car and tested I will post some info on its functionality.
