Haicom HI-204III GPS receiver

Hopefully I'll get this GPS unit to replace my Microsoft 2005 bundled GPS:

It's the USB version I'm getting. Are you aware of any issues with this unit being troubles when it comes out of standby/hibernation? I hope this one will be a bit more accurate than the MS one I have. There seems to be a bit of a delay with the MS one - at least 2 seconds off if not more.
