iGuidance 3 missing streets?

Can someone lookup these addresses and tell me if you find anything. These are not coming up, even though I should have the regions loaded.

State: CA
30411 Marbella Vista, San Juan Capistrano
202 West Ave San Antonio, San Clemente

State: GA
239 Southern Hill (Drive)

I am going to Destination -> Address -> City and typing in the address, but these are not coming up. Does the program not get down to this level of detail? What am I doing wrong? I was able to manually browse around and find "MARBELLA VIS" but it looks like it keeps finding the city center when I hit "Map It" I have also tried without the "Drive" or "Ave".

I cannot check it at this moment, but if Destination -> Address -> City doesn't work, try Destination -> Address -> Street

for the first one just typed in marbella then the house number and it seemed to have found the address fine. Didnt even enter a city.

second one worked the same way

Well...my street name is spelled wrong...I couldn't navigate home until one day I looked down when iGuidance was running...Pedido instead of Perdido...anyone know if they fix these kinds of things?
