Garmin GPS16 users please respond

I just got my GPS16 a few days ago. WinXP won't recognize it. WinME works fine. What operating system are you guys using? please let me know so I can set it up the way it should be. I'm using FV24 PIII933 160GB and keyspan USB to 4 port serial adapter. BTW For those who's using FV24 with Maxtor 160GB harddrive, XP only sees 136GB. I use Win.NET server to format to the full 160GB.

I dont actually have a gps yet, but from what ive heard, 2k/xp like to install gps's as serial mice. Try seeing if you have a random serial mouse in your hardware manager.
