Install Prob - Prolific USB / Serial Drivers
Right - this is doing my nut in now - short of rebuilding the thing ( which I know works ) I have .....
Installed and reinstalled vairous versions of the drivers in diffrent ways too numours to mention.... but I sure you can imagine what you can do in two days.
I've deinstalled my BT software just in case its that...
I've removed all unused drivers ( ie shown all devices installed / hidden - needs a Windows fix to do which by the way speeded up my loading ... )
Re installed - removed physically removed devices as well....
Yet - not matter what I do I install the driver but get the message that it wont start due to an error 10.
Suggestions / advice any one ? I'm thinking IRQ conflicts some where... but been USB goodness knows.

BTW - I was runing the Navilock RDS gizzmo before this swap and that too also used the prolific drivers no probs... the GPS I'm replacing it with also works but I'll be testing on another machine to make sure tommrrow.
